Milk is a very popular drink worldwide. It is consumed as it is in the form of milk or is taken as an important ingredient in many food and drink items. It makes food/drink tasty and healthy. Everyone knows that milk forms a healthy part of our everyday diet. There are many more wonderful health benefits of milk. Here are some to know why you should drink milk everyday.

One remedy to try involves combining a teaspoon of sesame oil with a bit of garlic. Use an open flame to heat it up until it's a bit warm. Then, lie down with the hurting ear pointed. Put four drops of the solution in the ear and let it set for 10 minutes. This can help to relieve ear pain.

Another way to achieve relief from earaches is to chop up a radish into very small pieces. Add these radish bits into mustard oil and heat it up. Then, put the resulting oil into a bottle. Whenever an earache pops up, put a couple of drops into the affected ear for rapid relief.

You can use any vegetables you like, including peas, beets, cabbage, broccoli, or carrots. Just finely chop them, boil them, and drain them well. This recipe calls for ghee, which is clarified butter. The cutlets are wonderful served hot with chutney on the side.

Cough and Phlegm- Drinking hot water with Turmeric 2 times a day helps in the fast healing here of coughs, especially with phlegm. Some people advocate drinking hot milk with a pinch of turmeric. However, I have found the milk worsens the phlegm. So it is better to drink it in hot water.

13. Yoga is also helpful in curing the constipation. Try to sit in vajrasana. Initially begin it by sitting on your heals for a short period of time. Once you are comfortable in the posture, you can extend the duration.
